Superfood Smoothie

Starting the week off with energy! I recently discovered some amazing nutrients that I have been adding to my smoothies and overall diet. I am not someone to completely cut out foods as I don't think I over indulge in one area. However, I have been researching more about a balanced diet and what specific fruits, plants and nuts are high and low in antioxidants, proteins and vitamins.

It really makes no sense that we put unnatural and artificial "foods" into our bodies and expect it to carry on, make us feel great and fight disease. Are we that stupid? Just because everyone eats it and it functions alright doesn't mean it doesn't have long term effects on our health. Once you feel the difference you will SEE the difference :)

Anyway, so what I have personally noticed, is how AMAZING I have been feeling after loading my breakfasts with these vitamins and "super foods".
